Why “in your name” matters

The name travels with the money.

Many cross-border setups move money through a pooled account, so the bank statement shows the provider's name. Trade teams know what that means: mismatched names trigger inquiries, returned funds and frozen accounts, and payments that don't reconcile with contracts.

Infiat collects and pays on behalf of your onboarded entity. The beneficiary on your buyer's instruction is you; the sender on your supplier's advice is you — the same legal entity as your contract, invoice and customs declaration.

  • Fewer holds and returns caused by name mismatches
  • Bank records match contracts, invoices and customs documents
  • Platforms can collect and pay in each merchant's own name

How it works

From your buyer's payment to your supplier's account in four steps.

Take an export order from Brazil: the buyer pays local currency by PIX, you convert to USDT in the account, then pay your supplier in USD.

Segregated client funds

Client fiat and stablecoin assets are held apart from operating funds.

Licensed partners

Fiat clearing and stablecoin custody are provided by licensed institutions in each jurisdiction.

FAQ

A few things worth clearing up first.

Is “named collection” the same as COBO?

Yes. COBO (Collections On Behalf Of) means Infiat collects in the name of your onboarded entity: the beneficiary on your buyer's instruction is you, not Infiat or a pooled provider account.

Do I have to convert into stablecoins?

No. The account holds fiat and stablecoins together. Collect BRL and pay BRL, hold USDT, or convert to USD for a payout — whatever the business needs.

Do I need to manage private keys or wallets?

No. Addresses and custody are handled by Infiat and its licensed custodians; you see balances and statements. You can withdraw stablecoins to your own wallet at any time.

Which countries and currencies are supported?

Currently USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, BRL, MXN, COP, NGN, KES, GHS and ZAR, plus USDT and USDC on TRON, Ethereum, BSC, Base and Solana. Corridors are enabled per customer — tell us where you collect and pay.

How long does onboarding take?

After you submit incorporation documents, UBO details and a business description, review begins. Timing depends on completeness and corridor, and is usually measured in business days.

How are fees charged?

Conversions fill at an all-in quote with the spread included; collections and payouts carry a fixed or percentage fee per corridor, listed in your agreement and shown before you confirm.

Tell us your corridor.

Where you collect, what you convert into, and whom you pay. We'll reply with coverage, indicative pricing and the onboarding checklist.
